I've only used this a few times so far as I'm still here n the learning stages of dehydration. But this machine is super quiet and very easy to use. I also love the fact it's designed to be easily repaired by you if required under the warranty. The team were really helpful when I rung them with a couple of questions. I would happily recommend this machine if you are looking to get into dehydrating
Bought this a couple of weeks ago and could not be happier! No bad smell, even dehydrating even with all trays loaded! Easy to use and love the timer! Also quiet
Bought this a while ago. Finally having chance to give dehydrator a go. Packaged well and delivered as promised. All items received per advertisement. Great quality. Looking fwd to seeing how capsicums turn out making paprika
Initially had issues with the order due to stock running out but Armand really sorted me out. Machine runs quietly and looks fantastic.
BenchFoods Team is always super helpful and easy to work with.
I brought this a fortnight ago just about to dehydrate mandarins
Just got it so far so good can’t wait to try just went done to the supermarket got some beef and chicken breast
I have dried food for a number of decades, and gone through a few different dehydrators. After having worn out another one, I was up for a new replacement, but had heaps of accessories for my old dead model. Thinking to repair, or replace like with like I ran into some complications. Enter, Benchfoods benchtop dehydrator. Ordered, lost in transit and found again. I have been using it now for about a month. I have to say, that the customer service during the ordering and lost stage was excellent and the performance of the machine is amazing. Quiet and quick, looks good on the bench and I can't wait for the first clean of trays and silicone sheets, (which by the way, don't need to be oiled), when I can just put it all in the dishwasher. Beside dried fruit, it has turned our a good batch of yoghurt, which means I can now sell on my yoghurt maker.
Happy Days!!! 🤩
Bought this a week ago
Good quality materials.easy to use. Excellent results. Recommended.
Greatest addition to my kitchen, ever made. Highly recommended.
Excellent for Biltong and Fruit Leather ( apples and pears make a great fruit roll - plentiful and cheap this time of year) can’t keep up with family demand for the above/s
It's been a few week since I got it and I've only had the chance to make some jerky. I can't wait till I maje some Bilton. So far so good. If the Bilton goes to plan I'm seriously thinking of up-grading to something bigger.
Awesome service, ordered Sunday afternoon and was delivered by Weds!
Very happy with the product and would absolutely recommend the dehydrator and company.
Just bought 10. Very happy with the feel and quality. Very surprised how fast they arrived.
Awesome service, very quick delivery, person in the phone was extremely helpful and reassuring, haven’t used it as yet but plan to this weekend
Outstandingly well constructed unit. Digital display work well. All the trays, rack and hooks are well made and sturdy. Online recipes are great too. Support and legitimacy of the company seems well stated.
Just received my machine it was packaged well and shipping was right on time excited to try it out
Everything works and does what it supposed to do. That is almost unbelievable!
Bought this 2 days ago and already on my doorstep.
Best service ever!
Had to make makeshift shelf for hanging biltong. This shelf and hoofs will be so much better.
Delivery from order was quicker than expected- within a week.
